Shipping

Please Note: All items are handcrafted and made-to-order.  Currently you can expect 2-3 weeks for delivery.

For USA: To ensure a safe arrival of your package, we ship USPS Priority mail requiring a Signature Confirmation. Please let us know if you prefer we send without requiring a signature at delivery (we know work schedules can make confirmation or post office pick up difficult). 

For International: We ship US Postal Service. For standard shipping, we send without tracking info to help save you money. Please email info@thecreatureden.com before ordering for other options.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
We aim to please. Refunds and exchanges will be granted within 14 days of delivery, minus shipping costs.  Custom pieces are not returnable.
